Design Service:

Once order, we will help you to make CAD drawings of the order for your confirmation before production;

Helping you with designing the customized model.

Quality Inspection:

We have inspection team with 10 persons, who can make sure all the quality in good condition before packing.

Packing:

All the stone products will be packed with wooden crates, we use wooden crates which is thicker and stronger than standard. 

Book shipment:

We have owned shipping agent which will help you to book shipment on FOB Basis; 

Or if you have your own appointed shipping agent, our shipping agent will also help to do the customs cooperation in China port. 

The procedure to order as: 

1) you confirm the design, size, material, finish, quantity that you want to order,

2) we will make proforma invoice for your check, 
3) once confirm proforma invoice ok, then you pay 30-50% deposit to our bank account,
4) after receiving deposit, we will finally send the drawings and further check the details of the orders with you;

5) Once everything check ok, then we start production, 
6) we need 15-30 days to finish the orders, or more time according to the order quantity and complication;

7) we book the shipment before the products finished; 
8) after the products finished, we will send you photos of the finished products for your photo inspection;
9) you check the photos we sent, once they are confirmed ok, we will pack and wait for delivery;
10) the balance should be arranged by your side according to the payment terms we agreed on; 

11) we deliver the goods to Xiamen port or other China port for shipment;
12) the goods will be shipped from Xiamen port to destination port and then to your destination port;

13) We will send you shipping documents or telex released that when we received the full balance.
